The Fairy (Japanese: フェアリー, Fairy) is a Water attribute creature and a Summons type card introduced in Lost Kingdoms.
The Fairy is card number 019 and forms part of the Starting Deck. It serves as the first healing card that the player receives and never appears as an enemy monster.

- By choosing the card in the Level Bonus for Alanjeh Castle. 2 Fairy cards are available.
- By purchasing from any of the shop inventories at the Apothecary for 240G
- By opening a chest in Gromtull Desert. Found by the 1st Deck Point.
- By opening a chest at the Burial Grounds. Found in the 1st reachable chest in a row of 3 chests by the Deck Point.
- By transforming a Flayer Spawn card with 1000 EXP
- By opening a chest at Rohbach. Found in the 1st reachable chest in a row of 2 chests on the left side of the frozen lake.
- By copying a Fairy card using 700 EXP

As a Card[]
In its original form, the Fairy is a Summons type monster, meaning that it can be used only once for a single, large effect. When summoned, it will restore 50% of the user's maximum HP.
Its low cost of only 5 Magic Stones makes the Fairy a great source of HP restoration in the early game but, once the player has access to more magic, cards like the Unicorn and Water Bird almost completely outclass it.
Even so, it is still banned under the 2 Player Fair Play Rule, like all unconditional HP restoring Summons.

- By choosing the card in the Level Bonus for the Nobleman’s Residence. 1 Fairy card is available. This Level Bonus can be accessed twice; by defeating the Hell Hound boss in the 1st mission, and by finding the map to Isamat Urbur after the Strange Key has been obtained.
- By purchasing from a Card Shop for 240G. Available in Shop 1 of the Kadishu Card Shop and the post game inventories of both Card Shops.
- By opening a chest at Alanjeh Castle. Found before the path leading to the bridge.
- By importing cards from a Lost Kingdoms save file after clearing Sacred Battle Arena 2. The option to do this can only be taken once.
- By copying a Fairy card using 2000 EXP

As a Card[]
For the second game, the Fairy has been reworked to be a Helper type monster. Because of this, it will now stay on the field, in order to provide the player with regular HP restoration over time.
The Song of Healing skill can restore either 20 or 40 Hit Points. The sound effect that plays during the more potent form of this move is higher pitched than its weaker form, and the heart visual effect produced will be bigger, with a smaller heart inside an outline of a larger one instead of just a single heart.
